Dear Fellow Community Member,
I would like to clarify any confusion caused by the large volume of notices you may have received concerning Pipeline Health’s bankruptcy status.
In Dec. 2022, Resilience Healthcare acquired West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park, West Suburban’s River Forest Medical Campus, and Weiss Memorial Hospital located in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood, removing these medical facilities from Pipeline’s bankruptcy case. Under Resilience Healthcare, a locally owned and operated company, all three locations continue to remain fully functional and actively serve their communities.
We have asked Pipeline to stop sending notices related to its bankruptcy to our patients and employees, but it is possible you may still receive such notices inadvertently.
Our team of 1,700-plus dedicated and skilled care providers in partnership with more than 600 of the area’s finest physicians have united under the banner of Resilience Healthcare and stand ready to take care of your healthcare needs as a true community partner.
West Suburban Medical Center and Weiss Memorial Hospital both are designated Stroke Centers and feature accredited Geriatric Emergency Departments, providing special care to meet the unique needs of older adults. River Forest Medical Campus offers one of the area’s most advanced mammography units, providing exceptional women’s services in a convenient location. These services are just a few examples of how our facilities are providing personalized and compassionate care to the community.
We look forward to continuing to serve your health and wellness needs as before, but only better, under new ownership. Our providers across all three locations remain focused on putting the ‘care’ back in healthcare.
Sincerely,
Manoj K. Prasad, MD, MBA, PhD, FACHE, CHCSP.
