Outpatient laboratory services are conveniently available at West Suburban Medical Center. We offer a wide range of highly complex to routine testing services such as blood counts and lipid testing.

Laboratory Services at West Suburban Medical Center

Test Results
Test results are ONLY available through your physician’s office or patient portal. The lab does NOT have results and cannot give out results.
Hours
Monday – Friday:  7 am – 4 pm (last patient must arrive by 3:45 pm)
Location
Patients must register with outpatient registration located on the 1st floor behind the information desk before proceeding to the laboratory. The laboratory is located on the 4th floor of the main hospital. Please call (708) 763-6635 with any questions.
Appointments
No appointment is necessary except for the thee-hour glucose tolerance test.

Please remember to bring a physician’s order, insurance card, and photo ID.
