TDD for the Hearing Impaired
We’re Here for You
West Suburban Medical Center is happy to accommodate patients with special needs.
Our TDD service for the hearing impaired makes it possible for people who are hearing
impaired to communicate by telephone. Messages are typed on a keyboard and relayed
over phone lines to their destination, where they appear on a device similar to a Teletype
machine. Emergency TDD lines are already available in emergency departments at West
Suburban Medical Center.
For more information on engaging our TDD resources, call (708) 383-6200.
