Our multidisciplinary team of specialists will create a comprehensive pain management treatment plan designed to reduce your discomfort and improve and/or restore function. You’ll find doctors who specialize in the treatment of arthritis, back pain, bursitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, headaches, joint and nerve pain, sciatica, and more.

Samip (Sunny) Morker, MD

PAIN MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Dr. Samip (Sunny) Morker is board-certified in both Anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Management. He completed his residency and fellowship training at Rush University Medical Center and John H. Stroger Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Morker’s goal is to provide compassionate care to patients utilizing a multidisciplinary approach with a focus on minimally invasive interventional pain management procedures.

PAIN MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Dr. Sameer Shah is board-certified in both Anesthesiology and Intervention Pain Medicine. He completed the comprehensive training program at Rush University Medical Center where he became well rounded in all aspects of pain management. Dr Shah has a multidisciplinary approach treating all aspects of the patients’ chronic and acute pain utilizing medication management, physical therapy, pain psychology, and interventions/procedures.  His goal is to provide excellent patient care with superior patient outcomes while delivering on an efficient and novel approach. 

 
Nadil Elbaridi, MD, PT

Nadil Elbaridi, MD, PT

PAIN MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Dr. Elbaridi is an interventional pain medicine physician, anesthesiologist and physical therapist. He completed his interventional pain management fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard School of Medicine; an anesthesiology residency at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County; his doctor of medicine degree at Ross University School of Medicine; and a bachelor of science degree in physical therapy at Indiana University.

Dr. Elbaridi has performed clinical teaching at Weiss Memorial Hospital (2017-present), Mercy Hospital and Medical Center (2017-present), Harvard Medical School (2015-2016), and Indiana University School of Rehabilitative Science (2002-2007).

He serves as director of Anesthesiology Interventional Network in Chicago and CEO of Indy Physical Therapy in Indianapolis. He is an attending physician at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center.
