White Lab Coats
- Two white lab coats will be provided to each resident in the first year. One additional coat will be provided to each resident in year two and in year three. WSMC will provide laundering of lab coats.

Meal Stipends for Call Coverage
- An $11.50 meal stipend is provided to resident for each night they are on call at the medical center

* PGY-3 Osteopathic Residents will receive an additional $1,000.00 that must be used to register for, and take, the American Board of Family Medicine Certification Examination in April of their third year of residency training.
