“Well… there’s not just one story. Cindy has always been helpful and positive. She has gone above and beyond for the last few months. I changed insurance companies and Cindy helped me repeatedly maneuver through these changes; especially straightening out my prescription medications. She always follows up with me to make sure I understand what’s needed. She’s a pleasure to be around!”-From a grateful patient
“Cindy has a great technique for doing shots. Somehow the needle does not hurt as much. She is also friendly, and takes the time to answer my questions.”-From a grateful patient
“I nominate Cindy because of her smile, her caring attitude and her “above and beyond” assistance with my care. Cindy is always welcoming and warm – asking about my health and about my family. She obviously cares for the whole patient, not just the condition. Cindy can “squeeze me in” when I need to see the doctor. She exemplifies a modern, skilled compassionate nurse. She deserves the Daisy Award!”-From a grateful patient
“Nurse Cindy is wonderful. I asked for a letter concerning my diagnosis, and she went out of her way to get it for me. Kudos Cindy!”-From a grateful patient
“Cindy is an awesome nurse! I was recently switched to a different medication to help me with my RA. Sadly, my insurance denied my claim. When I explained the situation to Cindy, she took the time and effort, which was many, many phone calls and paperwork, to eventually get my insurance to approve – they overturned their denial – of the drug. Without her help, I am sure my health and wellbeing would not be as good as it is. I am very grateful that Cindy took the time to help me.”-From a grateful patient
