Vanguard Health Chicago offers two convenient Immediate Care Centers, for the diagnosis and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries. Our board-certified physicians provide you with the care you need, when you need it. No appointment necessary. And our physicians will make sure your primary care physician is provided with a detailed report of your visit. A sample list of the illnesses and injuries we treat is provided below.
